In this paper the verbal semiotic, semantic, motivational-pragmatic and cognitive-conceptual discourse parameters, their types and subtypes are discussed. For the first time the parameters of intersemiotic and social-semiotic Reference, Conceptual motivator and Conceptual code; interpersonal, situational and conventionally-strategic pragmatic presuppositions are substantiated.
