Irrational part of language in general may be labeled with the term “discourse”, which includes understanding(s) about the irrational nature of language, where the meaning and the status of the rational language are absent (the status of meanings, lexical definitions, and text forms). However, the irrational factor may not exist without a flow with the rational factor, within which linguistic and text conditions emerge for the discourse to happen. Language is supported and strengthened because of such flow.

Key words: event, discourse, text, differentiation, speech, statement, rational factor, irrational factor.
