Habitation of the Russian and the Kyrgyz on common territory and interpenetration of both cultures are clearly seen in similar and different perception of the slogan-word “Life”. This, on the one hand, is the evidence of cultural-genetic conditionality of linguistic consciousness of representatives of different ethnoses, and, on the other hand, of cultural-historical universality of both nations, who have been living on one common geographic space.

Keywords: linguistic consciousness, associative experiment, cognitive theme, cultural code.
