Upon analyzing Russian phraseologically bound sentences such type as What I only didn't think a lot! in Russian language (main aspects) from various aspects, their formal and semantic organization has been appeared, their linguistic essence has been described and semantic structures have been characterize the place of this syntactic units in the system of simple sentence in Russian language have been defined.

Keyword: Russian language, phraseologically bound sentence, structural and grammatical aspect, logical and semantic aspect, semantic structure of sentence, two-member sentence.
