The article discusses the use of social and political vocabulary from Russian and American press about Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton during and immediately after the 2016 presidential campaign. It reveals the specifics of usage of this vocabulary in the descriptions of the two politicians in the media of different ideological orientation.
