September 23—25, 2014, the A.M. Gorky Institute of World Literature has been hosting the Eighth International Conference dedicated to Andrei Platonov. It marked the 115^th anniversary of his birth. The organizers of Conference were the A.M. Gorky Institute of World Literature, Voronezh State University, the A.M. Gorky Literary Institute.
