Polydisciplinarity and integrativity as the main features of the linguistics of the future

In the twenty-first century, many integrative areas appeared in linguistics. They combine the methods and provisions of a number of sciences that study the problems of human being and his linguistic consciousness, of language in culture and society. Therefore, representatives of many sciences — from molecular biology, genetics, neurophysiology and psychology to anthropology, neurolinguistics, and analytical philosophy - must contribute to the study of the language. We need not only a commonwealth of scientists of different profiles, but experts of another, polydisciplinary type, who need to be trained in the best universities, so correctly believes T.V. Chernigovskaya, herself being a physiologist, psychologist and linguist. Modern linguistics, although slowly, but is moving in this direction, therefore, scientists need to welcome the fact that the nomenclature of sciences is being eroded.
