The main structural aspects of Neo-Aramaic poetry such as strophe, metrics and rhyme are considered. The examples of different strophes (quatrain, pentina, sestina etc.) are given. The various syllables alternations under isosyllabism strict conservation are described. The most important rhyme types and rhetorical figures relevant to Neo-Aramaic poetry are also touched.
